Mother & Infant Care

Côte d'Ivoire's infant and under-five mortality rates are among the highest in the world.  Often, this mortality rate is traceable to the lack of basic, cost-effective interventions such as nutritional counseling, vaccinations and the use of insecticide treated bed nets for malaria prevention.

Our pediatricians, educators and mid-wives provide vital counseling and support to empower local communities and families.  We teach our patients how to provide nutritious, affordable meals, and give them access to health care resources that improve living conditions and overall community well-being.

We offer on-site ultrasound to monitor the progress of pregnancies as we prepare expectant mothers for delivery and infant care.  Weekly we hold a vaccination clinic for adults and children to address preventable diseases such as bacterial meningitis, yellow fever, polio, measles, and tetanus .
